F - A time that I was not influenced by selfish motives, or disinterested, was when I had to stay home on a Saturday night to baby-sit my niece because my sister was sick. Although it was hard to miss out on a night of fun, I was disinterested and thought about the well-being of both my sister and my niece. Although I was disappointed that night, I feel good about myself looking back at my decision. I'm happy that my disinterest caused me to help my sister.
